QDEVU® Peripheral/Central Drive Sludge Scraper For Sedimentation Tank

QDEVU sludge scraper is mainly used in urban sewage treatment plant or industrial wastewater treatment engineering sedimentation tank sludge discharge.

STRUCTURE

• Full/half bridge sludge scraper is suitable for the collection and discharge of sludge in circular radial sedimentation tank.  It is mainly composed of working bridge, center rotating support, scraper scraper, diversion cylinder, driving mechanism, slag retaining and slag discharging device, etc., which can meet the requirements of DN5-DN50 kinds of specifications and different water quantity of sedimentation tank.  
• The Truss-type sludge scraper is suitable for collecting and discharging sludge from rectangular flat-flow sedimentation tank.  It is mainly composed of working bridge, transmission device, scraper, sludge lifting pump and so on.  

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The drive device drives the mud scraper to rotate around the center of the sedimentation tank. After the raw water is settled in the sedimentation tank, the supernatant is discharged from the overflow weir plate. The sludge settled at the bottom of the tank, driven by the logarithmic spiral scraper, slowly flows along the bottom of the tank to the central sludge collecting tank and is discharged through the sludge discharge pipe. At the same time, the scum on the pool surface is concentrated in the area between the scum scraper and the scum baffle. When the working bridge passes the scum discharge cylinder floating on the pool surface, the scum discharge cylinder is pressed below the liquid level, and the scum is discharged out of the pool through the discharge cylinder.

FEATURE

• The mud scraper is in the form of logarithmic spiral curve and is supported by rubber wheels to walk along the bottom of the pool. The mud scraper has good mud scraping effect and low requirements on the bottom of the pool,Good adaptability.
• In addition to the main mud scraping device, a unique auxiliary mud scraping device is also installed, so that the half bridge mud scraper can play the role of a full bridge mud scraper.
• The working bridge adopts truss structure, and the deck is paved with steel grating, which has high strength, light weight and low energy consumption.
• The driving traveling wheel is a solid rubber wheel, which does not need a rail, has simple structure and is easy to install.
• The underwater parts are made of stainless steel, while the above water parts are made of carbon steel and hot-dip galvanized, with good corrosion resistance and long service life.
