QDEVU® Continuous Air Flotation System Machine

QDEVU Air Flotation System can effectively remove the light flocs, flocculated colloidal substances, oil substances, etc. that are difficult to precipitate in wastewater,achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.A new type of air floatation machine is developed by combining the advantages of cavitation air floatation and dissolved air floatation.

QDEVU Continuous Air Flotation Machine has the advantages of small footprint, low energy consumption, high removal efficiency of suspended solids, animal and vegetable oil and mineral oil (85-90% of suspended solids, animal and vegetable oil can be removed by adding appropriate flocculant and coagulant aid). It also has the advantages of small dissolved air flotation bubbles, high removal efficiency of fine suspended solids, low COD and BOD, and advanced standard raising treatment.The equipment shares a set of slag scraper, which reduces energy consumption and floor area. The investment cost is reduced.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

In the first stage, the cavitation air floatation machine is used to rotate at high speed through the impeller of aerator, and the negative pressure area is generated under water. The air enters into the water through the air guide hole. During the diffusion process, the air is cut into tiny bubbles by the impeller which is rotated at high speed. The micro bubble floats up and combines with the flocculate in the sewage to float the floc to the water surface, and the flocculent floating on the water surface is pushed to the slag discharge tank by the slag scraper to discharge to the sludge concentration tank. The sewage enters the second stage of air flotation treatment.

The second stage adopts dissolved air flotation, which is used to draw air into the pump body by adjusting the inlet pressure and flow of the pump to generate negative pressure. The air and treated return water are fully turned in the pump body to produce milk white dissolved water. The dissolved air is discharged through the air dissolving tank, and a large number of nano scale micro bubbles are generated through the pressure reduction of the release device. The first stage of the untreated sewage is separated by air flotation again to effectively remove SS; the animal and plant oil can effectively reduce COD, P, NH3-N by adding appropriate chemicals.

The flocculent floating on the water surface is pushed by the slag scraper to the next slag discharge tank and discharged to the sludge concentration tank. The sewage enters the next process for treatment.
